We created a fun and engaging personalized digital travel program that rewards its members with valuable benefits and privileges. This included rental discounts, rental credits, onsite perks at hotels, and more.
challenge
TRVL Program
Historically, prospective timeshare leads who do not buy a timeshare within the traditional sales cycle are discarded. However, those leads could be a source of new timeshare sales if Marriott Vacations Worldwide continues to nurture the relationship over time. Marriott Vacations Worldwide needs a program and platform that can gather opt-ins for non-timeshare owner communications, enabling them to nurture potential leads gradually, with the goal of eventually converting them into timeshare owners.


Design
Visual Direction
We improved the user experience through strategic steps, including refined color choices for hierarchy. Accessibility and legibility were enhanced by adjusting font sizes and minimizing all caps usage. The layout innovation involved moving beyond traditional grids. To enhance the interface, we added subtle microinteractions and motion, resulting in a sophisticated and carefully designed UI.

Creating a MVP
In a series of carefully planned sprints, our team innovatively designed the TRVL program. This initiative provided a personalized travel experience through authenticated and unauthenticated pathways. By gathering user travel preferences, we ensured customized interactions that heightened satisfaction. The highlight was creating a strong Minimum Viable Product (MVP), showcasing our commitment to user-centric design and transformative digital solutions.
